Our client is an established electronics manufacturer specialized in data centre located in Selangor. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team in supporting to tender for new projects and business development. 

Job Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective specification on company products according to requirement by client.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and materials.
• Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses to clients.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Recruits, test and hires the team based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Data Centre
• Proficient in writing in English
• Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of commitment and initiative.

• Good coordination, liaison, negotiation, and communication skills
• Good knowledge in measurement, pricing, and preparation of bill of quantity
