Our client is a listed Healthcare Company. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Group Brand and Communications Manager.
This person will be in charge of will lead the development and execution of the branding, marketing, and communication strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, increasing patient engagement, and driving the growth of our services through innovative and effective communication initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Branding:
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the Group’s mission and values.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
Marketing Strategy:
- Oversee the business expansion in Malaysia and other countries for AIGB.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the Group’s services and increase patient acquisition.
- Utilize market research and data analytics to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Communications:
- Lead the development of internal and external communication strategies to effectively convey the Group’s value proposition.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, including managing company’s websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Manage public relations efforts and build relationships with media outlets to enhance the Group’s visibility.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of branding and communication initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing activities and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- A master’s degree in marketing or a related field or an MBA may be highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, and communications, preferably within the healthcare or fertility sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
