In order to support the company’s expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as Customer Experience Executive (Mandarin Speaker). Responsibilities:
• Focusing diligently on voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership
of their concerns
• Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing your skills
in sales and marketing techniques
• Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally
managing high inquiry volumes
• Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient
self-service solutions
• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating
with our Team Leaders and Managers
• Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer
information at all times Requirement:
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin, giving you a chance to showcase your language skills
• No specific educational requirements; all levels of education will be considered.
• Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities
• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role? That's a big plus!
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
