Job Responsibilities

• Manage and identify customers’ business development at different stages.
• Execute in-store visibility, product planogram implementation, and excellence in merchandising.
• Provide periodic updates through individual scorecards and customer business reviews, including:
  • Market situation analysis
  • SKU performance evaluation
  • Action plan development
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to gain support, loyalty, and advocacy.
• Conduct periodic customer visits in accordance with the approved work plan.
• Ensure sales targets are met through consistent delivery of:
  • Net Sales Value (NSV)
  • Days Sales Operations (DSO)
• Track investment plans against agreed objectives with customers.
• Identify and pursue development opportunities within the defined business strategy.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of field sales or business development experience, preferably within FMCG or pharma.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Strong product knowledge; background in nutrition or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

New Product Development (NPD) Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project management for innovation and renovation initiatives from ideation through implementation, delivering significant business value.
• Lead cross-functional project team meetings to define timelines, align stakeholders, and drive key decisions, actions, and issue resolution.
• Ensure projects are executed in line with agreed success criteria, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to internal project management and governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain timely, accurate project communication and documentation.
• Act as the primary connector between Thailand network factories and markets across Southeast Asia, China, India, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
• Build strong stakeholder engagement and partnerships with regional and key markets, enabling collaboration with global teams.

Process Compliance and Governance

• Act as a gatekeeper for internal process guidelines to ensure right-first-time decision-making.
