Job Description
Our client, a well-known F&B brand with a strong national presence, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing initiatives across Malaysia.
This role will be responsible for driving national campaigns, managing key marketing pillars, and supporting business growth across multiple channels and brand extensions. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, while ensuring alignment between brand objectives and operational delivery at the outlet level.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of integrated national marketing campaigns
- Define campaign objectives, insights, and strategic direction
- Collaborate with agency partners to develop creative and communication materials
- Oversee end-to-end campaign rollout including media planning, production, and in-store execution
- Align campaign plans with internal stakeholders including operations, supply chain, and management teams
Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates on key metrics
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and drive sales performance
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations and recommend improvements for future initiatives
Marketing Pillar Management
- Own and drive key marketing segments (e.g., value, breakfast, family)
- Develop annual plans and initiatives to support growth within assigned pillar
- Track brand health indicators and implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning
Brand Extension & Business Growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth of key brand extensions (e.g., delivery, café, kiosks)
- Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
Budget & Process Management
- Manage marketing budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring cost efficiency
- Process purchase orders and validate invoices in coordination with finance teams
- Ensure all vendor deliverables are aligned with agreed scope and costs
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams including operations, supply chain, and franchise stakeholders
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Lead regular alignment meetings and planning sessions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within F&B, retail, or FMCG industries
- Proven experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and invoice validation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams is highly preferred
