Our client has been in the forefront of the food industry in Malaysia, specialising in manufacturing and distributing food products. This role is responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with our most important customers and clients.

They are seeking a Key Account Manager who is dynamic and passionate to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for nurturing strong relationships with our Key Account customers and buyers.
• Driving sales growth through innovative sales strategies and effective marketing initiatives.
• Negotiating advantageous trading terms, proposing impactful marketing activities within budget constraints, and ensuring seamless execution of promotions.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor products
• Driving sales & exceeding sales targets.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Manage collection hygiene.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM /Diploma/Degree in any field.
• At least 5 years experience in FMCG (Modern Trade) will be preferable (Food & Beverage, Frozen Food products).
• Required skill(s) : Communication, Problem-Solving.
• Self-Oriented and proactive that can work with minimal supervision.
• Highly disciplined and sales driven.
• Capable of generating reports and presentations using MS Office.
