Our client is an Our client is a Consultation Company. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as a Creative Personal Assistant.

Job Responsibilities

 Creative & Multimedia Tasks

• Collaborate on creative tasks, such as designing materials and assisting in video shooting and editing, when required.
• Assist in graphic design for marketing materials, presentations, and social media.
• Collaborate with the team to develop visual content that aligns with the company’s branding.

Executive Assistance

• Assist the Director’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Provide administrative support to the Director and the team.
• Assist with ad hoc or personal errands as needed.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Power Point, Word, etc.)
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (spoken & written).

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9:30am to 1:00pm
