Our client is a Health and Nutrition Company.  In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Membership Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive membership revenue growth.
  • Identify new revenue streams and optimize existing channels for sustainable growth.

 

Merchandising and Sales

  • Oversee selection, procurement, and sales of merchandise offered to members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate merchandising seamlessly within the membership platform.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies based on market trends and member behaviour.

 

Partnership and Brand Collaboration

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with leading brands to enhance the membership program.
  • Negotiate agreements that ensure mutual benefits and strong brand alignment.
  • Develop co-branded initiatives, promotions, and events with partners.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue initiatives.
  • Utilise member feedback and analytics to refine and enhance the membership value proposition.

 

Market Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

 

Project Management

  • Lead initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key performance metrics.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development/ Membership Management.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in membership or subscription-based environments.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing strategic brand partnerships.
