Our client is a leading player in the premium tile and surface solutions industry, known for delivering innovative, design-focused products for both residential and commercial projects.

This role is responsible for supporting premium and platinum resellers to grow their business, improve sales and operations, and strengthen their teams, while building strong relationships with designers, architects, and contractors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide partners in sales processes, operations, and team capability improvement; collaborate on business plans and reviews.
• Coach partners on solution selling, key account management, and project pipeline development.
• Conduct product, sales, and customer experience training; support marketing campaigns, trade events, and stay updated on market trends.
• Track sales performance, inventory, and customer trends; implement promotions; monitor partner account health, including payments and credit control.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in solution or consultative selling.
• Proven experience in key account management or business partner development.
• Experience working with dealers, distributors, or retail partners (franchise experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin to work effectively with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.
• Own transport and willing to travel as needed.
