Job Description

Our client, an established company in the digital industry, is looking for a Product Manager to drive product growth, optimize customer experience, and enhance platform performance for the Malaysia market.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and insights to improve gameplay, engagement, and reward mechanics.
• Optimize the customer journey across web and mobile platforms, focusing on UI/UX, usability, and conversion.
• Develop and execute product strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and repeat activity.
• Manage product roadmap execution, feature enhancements, gamification initiatives, ecosystem expansion, and vendor/game integrations.
• Collaborate with CRM, Design, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful product enhancements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Management, Growth, Campaign, or related experience within the Malaysia market.
• Strong understanding of product design, UI/UX, customer journey, and growth strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product, campaign, and customer data to drive decisions.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in digital entertainment, e-commerce, or other high-engagement digital platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with gamification, customer engagement, A/B testing, product analytics, CRM tools, feature optimization, and vendor integrations is preferred.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken and written).
