Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end Product + Growth strategy, balancing product marketing and gamified user experience.
  • Develop and execute data-driven go-to-market (GTM) strategies to acquire, activate, and retain users.
  • Design and continuously optimize gamified user journeys, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and conversion across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and product metrics to inform experimentation and optimization decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless product execution.
  • Lead and mentor team members, building a high-performing team with strong ownership and delivery capabilities.
  • Drive initiatives that directly impact growth performance, user engagement, and revenue (GP).

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Product Marketing, ideally in a hybrid role.
  • Proven experience in campaign strategy + product/UX optimization (strong balance of both).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product, campaign, and user data to drive decisions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in digital entertainment, gaming, or gamified platforms.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools, CRM systems, or campaign management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, including acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
