Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Solar Renewable Energy (LSS EPCC) projects across Kedah, Perak, Pahang, and Negeri Sembilan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solar farm project execution, from planning, execution to project closure.
• Develop project plans including schedule, resources, cost, risk, procurement, and documentation.
• Oversee project tracking, cost control (EVMS), quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and EPCC master work programs.
• Coordinate site execution, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Serve as main liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including reporting to senior management.
• Oversee handover to Asset Management, O&M, and post-construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with project cost, timeline, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in solar or construction projects.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of civil works and basic power/renewable energy systems.
• Experience in contract management and EPCC projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as required.
