Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Digital IC Design Manager to lead digital design execution across complex IC development projects. This role covers RTL design, verification collaboration, design sign-off flows, and cross-functional coordination, while also mentoring a team of digital engineers to deliver high-quality silicon designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee RTL design and verification activities, ensuring design robustness and compliance with specifications
• Manage design flow and sign-off processes including SpyGlass linting, synthesis, LEC, CDC, ECO, FPGA validation, STA, and FIB analysis
• Participate in design reviews and technical documentation preparation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including verification, physical design, and system teams
• Drive problem-solving efforts and improve design flow automation using scripting (e.g., Python, Perl, TCL)
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in digital design methodologies, RTL best practices, and engineering standards
• Ensure high-quality delivery of design milestones within project timelines

Requirements 

• 8+ years of experience in digital IC design / RTL design / related semiconductor design roles
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Verilog / SystemVerilog
• Experience managing engineering teams (3+ years people management OR 5+ years project leadership experience)
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with interfaces such as USIT / CHPI / CMPI / iSP
• Experience in display driver IC products or similar semiconductor domains
• Exposure to AI tools for design automation, verification, or productivity enhancement
