Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver retaining wall and geotechnical construction projects across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through completion
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall execution
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical and operational issues
• Oversee project costs, variations, claims, and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory requirements
• Lead and mentor project engineers, site supervisors, and site teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years' experience in civil engineering, geotechnical, retaining wall, infrastructure, or related construction projects
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of retaining walls, earthworks, foundations, slope stabilization, and infrastructure works
• Familiarity with project planning, cost control, construction contracts, and contract administration
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
• Willing to travel to project sites across Malaysia

Added Advantage

• Registered Graduate Engineer (GE) or Professional Engineer (PE)
• Experience in railway, highway, infrastructure, or major earthworks projects
• Knowledge of CIDB, DOSH, ISO management systems, and FIDIC/PAM/PWD contracts
