Job Description

Our client is one of the market leader within their industry, is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their team!

Key responsibilities: 

• Partner with executive leadership to drive corporate growth, long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and continuous financial forecasting.
• Evaluate business performance, financial results, capital investments, pricing models, and key operational KPIs to guide executive decision-making.
• Oversee all general ledger, month-end/year-end closing processes, accounts payable/receivable, statutory accounting, and financial statement accuracy.
• Manage working capital, corporate liquidity forecasts, banking relationships, capital structure, and financial risk mitigation strategies.
• Direct corporate tax planning, statutory filings, local financial standard compliance (e.g., IFRS/GAAP), and serve as the main liaison for external financial audits.
• Design, maintain, and optimize financial systems, workflows, and internal controls to scale operations efficiently.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred) with 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior management exposure.
• Direct, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing finance and accounting team to foster operational excellence across the department.

Key requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including 3+ years managing teams and leading the end-to-end finance function.
• Deep mastery of financial modeling, FP&A, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), corporate tax compliance, and treasury management.
• Advanced Excel skills and direct experience implementing or managing financial systems/ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Strong business acumen to advise executive leadership, paired with proven skills in managing, mentoring, and scaling a finance team.
