Job Description

As a Process Digitalisation Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming and automating business processes across IAA. Your focus will be on reducing manual effort, improving consistency, and enabling teams to concentrate on higher-value activities.

Process Automation & Solution Delivery

  • Design, develop and implement automation solutions using workflow orchestration tools, low-code platforms such as Power Platform and Copilot Studio, scripting languages including Python, and AI-enabled technologies.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and process owners to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Create reusable automation frameworks, components and reference architectures that can be leveraged across IAA.
  • Ensure solutions are fully tested, monitored, documented and supported for long-term sustainability.

Digitalisation & Business Enablement

  • Develop and maintain AI-powered solutions that help IAA teams generate value for clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on process digitalisation initiatives.
  • Act as a key technical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, reducing reliance on central IT for standard automation requirements.

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all automation and digital solutions meet IAA governance requirements and Group Technology & Operations standards.
  • Embed appropriate controls, auditability, documentation and human oversight into solution design and delivery.
  • Support compliance with responsible AI principles when deploying AI-enabled solutions.
  • Maintain high standards for solution maintainability, version control and knowledge transfer.

Transformation & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with project and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritise and deliver automation and digitalisation opportunities across IAA.
  • Support the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual operations through training and enablement of IAA teams.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of automation and digital solutions alongside the Capability Manager.
  • Contribute to the organisation's digital transformation roadmap by identifying opportunities, assessing feasibility and sharing delivery insights.
  • Collaborate with GTO and other functions to align standards and maximise the use of enterprise capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Experience analysing business processes and identifying automation and digitalisation opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of solution design, including data flows, APIs, integrations, security controls, deployment approaches and reusable architecture components.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms, low-code technologies (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, workflow orchestration tools) and AI solutions, including LLM integrations.
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals, including Python, version control, CI/CD and configuration-as-code practices.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions without requiring deep domain expertise.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience embedding governance, controls, auditability and quality standards into solution delivery.
  • Comfortable working across both transformation initiatives and BAU environments.
  • Ability to navigate complex, regulated enterprise organisations.
  • A practical and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify where automation creates genuine business value.
