About the Role

We are looking for Circuit Design Engineers at Intermediate and Senior levels to develop high-speed I/O interfaces and mixed-signal circuits using advanced CMOS technologies. The role covers circuit design, simulation, reliability verification, and silicon evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and simulate high-speed I/O circuits, including transmitters, receivers, drivers, serializers, deserializers, and equalisation circuits.

• Work on serial and parallel interfaces, including signal integrity analysis and timing closure.

• Perform circuit reliability checks, including EM-IR, ageing, and overstress analysis.

• Collaborate with layout and mask design teams on physical implementation.

• Support architecture studies, floor planning, silicon bring-up, and post-silicon evaluation.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in I/O circuit design.

• Proficiency in FinFET technologies, transistor-level circuit design, and EDA tools.

• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as DDR4/5/6, HBM3/4, LPDDR4/5X, UCIe, MIPI, or LVDS.

• Understanding of physical design, signal integrity, and circuit reliability.

• Strong collaboration skills; architecture design experience is an advantage for Senior-level candidates.
