Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking a dynamic HR professional with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and engagement to drive recruitment, workplace culture, and employee well-being initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job analysis and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop clear and compelling job descriptions, ensuring they align with business needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the best talent fit.
- Manage job offer discussions, negotiations, and the hiring process.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform market benchmarking to refine and maintain competitive hiring strategies.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
- Manage background checks and reference verifications prior to onboarding.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive engagement and communication.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts with professionalism and fairness.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with safety, HR policies, and relevant regulations.
- Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts to strengthen the organizational culture.
- Design and implement programs focused on employee wellness, work-life balance, and engagement.
- Organize team-building events, wellness activities, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Create a motivated, connected, and high-performing workforce environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or professional services setting.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork.
