Job Summary

Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure the attraction and retention of top talent across various functions and levels. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Manage job postings and maintain accurate applicant tracking records to ensure up-to-date candidate information.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on open positions, recruitment progress, and candidate pipelines.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract potential talent.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including orientation sessions, policy briefings, and smooth integration into the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully hiring across multiple levels and functions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing sectors is a plus, but not required.
