Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness through people, culture, leadership, and process improvement. This role partners closely with business leaders to design and implement organizational development strategies that support business growth, transformation, and long-term success.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize organizational structures, reporting lines, and role clarity to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement career architecture frameworks, including competency models, job evaluation methodologies, and compensation structures.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and support employees through business transformation, digitalization, and restructuring programs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify organizational development opportunities and implement best practices that align with business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, and organizational performance.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in Organizational Development or a related HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, competency frameworks, job evaluation, and change management practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues professionally.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, professional, and compliant documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to assess organizational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
