About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Circuit Design Manager to lead circuit design activities for high-speed interfaces and complex mixed-signal circuits using advanced CMOS technologies. This role involves leading technical teams, coordinating cross-functional project delivery, and supporting customer and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high-speed interfaces and mixed-signal circuits.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across circuit design, layout, RTL, verification, physical design, and signal integrity.

  • Oversee project schedules, resource planning, and end-to-end delivery.

  • Work with business development teams to assess upcoming projects and resource needs.

  • Support customer technical enquiries and collaborate with post-silicon teams on design validation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field.

  • 8–15 years of relevant experience in circuit design and/or technical team management.

  • Strong knowledge of FinFET technology, circuit design, and EDA tools.

  • Experience with serial and/or parallel interface design.

  • Good understanding of RTL, layout, and physical design processes.

  • Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
