Main purpose of the position:

• To lead and support the E2E Carlsberg Excellence.
• Train, Coach and Assess the implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and the relevant Advanced Carlsberg Excellence Processes and Standards
• Actively support the priorities deployment at all functions & levels of the production and supply chain operations.
• Actively lead or support the Implementation for defined production and supply chain operations Focused Improvement cycle, ensuring clear loss intelligence at all functions and levels, setting clear plans and using the right methods and tools for loss eradication and setting the right standards for loss prevention
• Support implementation of standards, continuous internal and external benchmarking and best practices sharing
• Support Capability Building and Organizational design according to Carlsberg standard

Educational / minimum requirements:

Education and Experience:

• University degree or necessary experience from relative position in Supply Chain
• 5 years’ experience within a Production & Supply Chain operations environment role (direct responsibly) and at least with 3 years at management level. Proven experience in managing change, and implement improvement programs (Operational Excellence, Lean, TPM, SixSigma) to achieve budgeted targets.
• Language skills:
• Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
• Fluent in English

Job responsibilities:

People Management

• Leadership role model across site
• Responsible for the development of direct reports and their teams – ensuring competencies and skills are aligned with business and company needs/vision.
• Responsible to ensure people (direct reports) performance management processes are followed – regular individual performance reviews are carried and people performance managed effectively and according to HR standards
• Builds people capability throughout the organisation fully utilising the community to gather momentum and grow individuals

Process Management

• Leads and supports implementation of Carlsberg Excellence Foundations, ensuring full compliance or clear action plan to close gaps of the self-assessments
• Supports the delivery of integrated Tactical Implementation Plans with specific focus on Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and Carlsberg Excellence Advanced tools
• Facilitates implementation of Advanced Functional tools within Functions
• Ensures Carlsberg Excellence foundations are implemented with the highest quality and in line with group & local standards, across all functions and levels of the organization.
• Accountable for the development of Leadership Team within Carlsberg Excellence framework
• Responsible for training and ensuring problem solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day performance gaps and issues bringing a Zero Loss mindset
• Responsible for facilitating Carlsberg Excellence best practice sharing externally and internally
• Responsible for actively contributing to the development of site strategy as part of the site senior management team
• Promotes COM compliance and coordinates the scheduling of COM self-assessments & and on-time completion of identified gaps.

Performance Management

• Reviews Carlsberg Excellence practices, successes & failures with the objective of constantly meeting the challenging business targets

• Deploys Carlsberg Excellence targets to End to end functions and leads the development of the implementation approach in alignment with Group targets
• Supports and in some specific cases owns the delivery of business objectives using the Focused Improvement cycles
• Facilitates constant internal and external benchmarking

Functional Specific Management

• Ensures sufficient resource is allocated to key initiatives (internal or external)

• Ensure Carlsberg Excellence targets are implicitly understood and managed efficiently
• Ensures compliance to Carlsberg Excellence standards
• Facilitates workshops, activities and trainings for delivered budgeted target results as required
• Participates and supports preparation of Monthly Performance Review meetings and follow up on key topics
• Develops the understanding of Carlsberg Excellence across all levels of the organization, i.e. everyone knows their contribution
• Is a coach and mentor to everyone during implementation of Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and Advanced tools, for the best quality and results through application
• Ensures implementation plans are met according to deadlines removing any road blocks and escalating when needed

   To establish clear expectations with key group stakeholders; provide ongoing updates of actual vs. expected performance of Carlsberg Excellence; identify obstacles and solutions to performance problems. Coordinating and aligning activities with main stakeholders:
