Our client is a reputable company in the trading and investment industry. In order to support the company’s expansion and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as Student Affair Officer.

What You’ll Do:

• Support efforts to increase student enrolments and course participation.

• Promote program offerings to ensure students are aware of the opportunities available.

• Play a key role in enhancing the overall student journey with us.

Responsibility:

• Stay connected with graduates by following up regularly and tracking their progress.

• Review collected information to suggest improvements for our products and services.

• Support student engagement efforts, ensuring smooth communication and assistance.

• Guide prospective students through inquiries, helping them take the next steps toward enrollment.

• Monitor student progress and success rates, and provide ideas to help improve outcomes.

• Plan and manage communications for students throughout their journey, including content, timing, and delivery channels.

• Assess communication effectiveness, such as email engagement, to enhance future efforts.

• Ensure timely responses and quality support across all student support channels.

• Assist with preparations for events and provide support with administrative tasks as needed.

• Update materials and tools for events, including forms, slides, and platforms.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Management/Marketing or equivalent.

• Energetic professional who is capable to wear multiple hats.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

• You embrace the use of technology to make your life and work more enjoyable and more productive,

always keen to explore what technology can do for you

• Strong communication, organizational and planning skills.

• Demonstrated interest and passion for the industry.

• Able to join immediately will be an advantage
