Our client is a globally-renowned MNC in the entertainment industry. Currently, they are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in supporting all IT-related matters regionally.
Job Responsibilities
- Local IT end-user support - onsite & remote
- Provide standard software support - Microsoft, Mac, Slack, Google, MS Office, Adobe, etc.
- Assist in and improve onboarding and offboarding process
- Local IT equipment management - all local machines upgrades, setting up and preparing hardware equipments, assist in inventory and administration of local IT assets
- Local IT infrastructure support - Global account management and ensuring IT equipments follow standards
Job Requirements
- Ideally 3-5 years experience working in similar role
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Strong customer service mindset
