Our client is A Global FMCG Company. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of innovation and renovation projects through multi-function leadership and will leverage the project and process management.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate Project Team (ATG) meetings to align project objectives/scope, manage timeline, identify issues and risks, and drive transparent communication.
• Facilitate risk assessment discussion with mitigation plans in every stage gate and timely communicate with key stakeholders for alignment and visibility.
• Ensure that activity objectives, key deliverables, and critical success criteria are agreed and met throughout the life cycle.
• Establish strong engagement within ATG members.
• Responsible for Activity Management process to drive effectiveness among cross functions and lead cross-functional teams.
• Guide the ATG to closely adhere to processes with the use of project tool to ensure timely data reflection in the system.
• Guide the project teams through escalation process.

Job Requirements

• Good facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience/deep understanding of the multiple functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, 
  Planning, Finance, Sales, R&D, IT project management).
• Understanding of new product development and go-to-market commercialization.
• Understanding of Supply Chain process.
