Job Description
• Central Key User for the global Controlling Systems in the Tire Sector. These systems include the Controlling
processes handled in SAP ERP Tempo (modules CO, IM-PS, CO-PC, CO-PA) and the Analytics and Planning
Processes handled in SAP BW eBITs (MARKIS, Kompas, Cosimo, Drive).
• Worldwide project/support responsibility within Controlling Systems
• Conceptual design, development and documentation of business processes related to the eBITs applications
and SAP CO.
• Implement and enforce business requirements and corporate standards in system solutions.
• Change Management: Prepare conceptual changes and extensions. Coordinate and test system
modifications that are performed by internal and external service providers.
• Incident Management: Second Level Support to the Local Key User Organization, resolve user issues and
requests, coordinate solutions with IT.
• Maintain central master data and business rules for all Controlling Processes
• Consult and train the users in central departments and tire companies.
• Participation / leadership of international projects (rollouts, new developments).
• Coordination and reconciliation tasks during the month end closing process.
• Creation of process documentation for local key and end users.
• Planning and execution of trainings and workshops for local key and end users.
Qualifications
• Academic degree in business administration or information technology (e.g., bachelor or master)
• Several years of experience in controlling, knowledge of SAP CO related processes and functions,
forecasting, budgeting, target cost, product calculation, basic knowledge of related modules, MM, FI, SD,
PP
• Experienced in Project implementation
• Fluent English language skills written and spoken
• Strong analytical, conceptional, coaching and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
• Willingness to travel globally, 20 - 30 %
