Our client, a well-known consumer goods firm, is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Manager to lead initiatives for continuous improvement and operational excellence across their production and supply chain operations. This role requires strong leadership and proficiency in operational improvement methodologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Implement and coach on foundational and advanced operational processes.
• Drive priorities deployment across production and supply chain functions.
• Lead or support focused improvement cycles to eradicate losses and set standards for prevention.
• Facilitate internal and external benchmarking and best practice sharing.
• Support capability building and organizational design aligned with company standards.
• Review and deploy targets and practices for operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and facilitate workshops and trainings.

Job Requirements

• University degree or relevant experience in Supply Chain management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in production and supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record in implementing improvement programs (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in local language and English.
• Ability to foster collaboration and a high-performance culture.
• Effective problem-solving and change management abilities.
