• Involve in IPO (Pre-IPO & IPO) listing and M&A activities.
• Prepare valuation and financial modelling
• Coordinate and monitoring the execution of corporate proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of term sheets, mandates, proposals, presentation kits, etc for all prospective deals
• Conduct research and analysis in preparation of market update, data gathering and sales pitches.
• Assist the team in the transaction execution and to prepare and review all required documentation

Requirement

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree/MBA from a recognized university in Finance, and or Banking, Project Management and Acquisitions.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in the field with acquired contacts and relevant business markers
• Investment bank or Securities firm experience and strong background in knowing markets related to investments
• Possess strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, and ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
