Job Description

Involve in IPO (Pre-IPO & IPO) listing and M&A activities.
Prepare valuation and financial modelling
Coordinate and monitoring the execution of corporate proposals.
Assist in the preparation of term sheets, mandates, proposals, presentation kits, etc for all prospective deals
Conduct research and analysis in preparation of market update, data gathering and sales pitches.
Assist the team in the transaction execution and to prepare and review all required documentation

Requirement

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree/MBA from a recognized university in Finance, and or Banking, Project Management and Acquisitions.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in the field with acquired contacts and relevant business markers
Investment bank or Securities firm experience and strong background in knowing markets related to investments
Possess strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, and ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
