Job Responsibilities:

· Contributes to roll-out and Governance of Capital Management

· Active participation in formulating and prioritizing Capital Investment within Malaysia and Australia entity to ensure alignment with Tyson Global Capital Management strategy

· Working closely with OPS, Engineering, Procurement and other Support Function department to define and formulating project classification for both Necessity and Profit Improvement. Working on financial benefits in line with vision and mission of the organization is a pre-requisite must achieve

· Forecasting and Budgeting of Capital Planning Funding monthly quarterly and yearly

· Updating Anaplan with accurate Capital Planning data enabling better decision making tools

· Assisting in detailed analysis of Capital Planning needs with Project Engineering team

· Maintain integrity and accuracy of accounting system

· Any other duties duly assigned

Food Safety Responsibility

· Follow all policies and procedures on Food Safety, Quality, and GMP

· Follow company guidelines to ensure food safety and hygiene are being followed

· Escalate any food safety and quality concerns to your relevant supervisors or QA supervisor

· Take all reasonable measures to maintain food integrity

Job Requirement 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5 years of cost accounting experience preferably in the manufacturing/produce business
• 2 years management or supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of cost accounting principles, system and procedures
• Ability to 
  • Work under minimal supervision
  • Multitask with deadline
  • Demonstrate good work paper and analytical techniques
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with computer hardware and software necessary to perform duties (SAP, Excel)
