As they accelerate into the next phase of expansion, they are looking for a strategic, experienced, and people-centered CEO to lead the organization and help shape the future of our brands.
The Role
As CEO, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s strategic direction, operations, and performance. You’ll work closely with a humble, collaborative management team and guide the business through its next stage of scale and innovation.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in F&B chain management, ideally someone who has either led an organization at the CEO level or has held senior leadership roles with full business oversight. You’ll need to balance vision with execution and bring a leadership style that’s grounded, approachable, and effective.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Business: Set and drive the company’s strategic direction in alignment with long-term goals.
- Oversee Operations: Ensure operational excellence across all retail outlets and functions, from supply chain to customer experience.
- Drive Growth: Lead national/regional expansion efforts with a focus on scalability, sustainability, and brand integrity.
- Financial Stewardship: Own the company’s financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team and empower people across all levels.
- Brand Development: Ensure each brand continues to evolve with consumer trends while staying true to its core identity.
- Culture Building: Champion a company culture rooted in humility, teamwork, and accountability.
Job Requirements
- Proven Leadership: CEO or senior-level experience managing an end-to-end business within the F&B or retail chain space.
- F&B Chain Expertise: Solid understanding of the operational and strategic requirements of a multi-outlet business.
- Growth Experience: A successful track record of scaling brands or businesses, ideally in high-growth environments.
- People-First Leader: Collaborative and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Strategic Thinker: Able to balance long-term vision with day-to-day decision-making.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business judgment and a results-driven approach to financial and operational performance.
