Our client, a well-established global lifestyle and sportswear brand, is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support their Southeast Asia operations. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brand’s regional social media presence (particularly Instagram), executing digital content strategies, coordinating with distributors across Southeast Asia, and collaborating with KOL and performance marketing agencies to drive brand engagement and follower growth.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular research on fashion, digital, and consumer trends using platforms such as WGSN, industry websites, and social media tools.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign planning and content relevance.
  • Develop engaging digital content, focusing on apparel and footwear, for Instagram Stories and other key platforms.
  • Plan and execute contests and interactive campaigns to increase community engagement.
  • Manage the rollout of content across multiple Southeast Asian markets, ensuring consistency with global brand direction.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar in coordination with regional distributors and global teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between headquarters and local market partners.
  • Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Align digital campaign planning with the integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategy.
  • Coordinate with KOL and performance marketing agencies to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Oversee product seeding, campaign briefs, and budget management.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ensure key metrics and ROI targets are achieved.
  • Research new creative formats and digital production trends, including 3D, AI, and immersive content.
  • Identify and recommend new creative or digital production agencies for upcoming campaigns.
  • Ensure all digital assets and content align with global brand standards and are submitted for internal approval.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of local product launches and co-branded licensing initiatives.
  • Collaborate on ideation decks and support on-ground social media coverage during launch events.

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and digital campaigns across Southeast Asian markets.
  • Strong creative thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa and Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with global brands and coordinating across regional teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and digital performance metrics.
