Job Description

Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Sequencing Specialist to support production planning and sequencing optimization within the plant operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production sequencing plans based on demand, capacity, and operational changes, including ramp-up and ramp-down activities.
• Coordinate with Production and Operations teams to ensure material availability, align sequencing with order requirements, and support MRP execution.
• Maintain accurate production sequencing data in SAP-PP and related systems; act as plant system support key user for troubleshooting and guidance.
• Prepare production, KPI, and performance reports, including WIP tracking and inventory accuracy support.
• Support implementation and coordination of manufacturing system tools related to sequencing activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in production planning, sequencing, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong experience in SAP PP or similar production planning systems.
• Prior Key User / Super User experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
