Our client is a well-known semiconductor manufacturing firm. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Customer Service Engineer.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting customers on-site on wire-bond / die-bonding activities.
• Provide technical support and product training to customers.
• Handle technical issues and provide feedback to the factory / engineering team to find a solution for customers.
• Support factory on site retrofits when necessary.
• Support business unit on any new consumable tool evaluation and qualification at customers site.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or in a relevant field.
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experiences in the semiconductor field environment.
• Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong capabilities in managing and engaging customers.
• Independent, and may have to work out of regular hours when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge in customer support.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead HR initiatives and support the company’s growth objectives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies aligned with our client’s business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company’s strategic objectives and foster a positive work culture.
• Manage HR budget and resources effectively – able to lead and guide HODs in budgeting and workforce planning.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce to drive company growth.
• Implement and oversee employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations and career development.
• Manage and enhance compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
• Lead and implement HR initiatives related to organisational development, employee engagement and talent retention.
• Collaborate with senior management to assess current and future HR needs and develop strategies to address them.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
• Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism and continuous learning.

 Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of designing and implementing HR policies and initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives.
• Experience in manufacturing or other related industry will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of the Plastic Recycling industry and/or business development preferred.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Proactive with the ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-changing environment, and work independently with responsibility and diligence.
• Willingness to travel to any site in Malaysia as required by management.
