Job Description

Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join their growing team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support S/4HANA integration initiatives, focusing on process optimization, change management, specification, implementation, training, and rollout activities.
• Drive automation initiatives using KNIME and RPA to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Support and guide local key users to optimize sales and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions, including evaluating and approving change requests.
• Conduct system testing and validation for SAP SD enhancements in the productive environment.
• Manage service requests and incident resolution via ticketing systems.
• Deliver training sessions and develop user documentation (e.g., OneNote, PowerPoint, video formats) to support user adoption.
• Participate in international key user meetings and align processes across regions within a unified ERP framework.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional SAP teams including Finance, Controlling, and Purchasing.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Several years of experience in sales, sales support, or IT-related sales functions.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and sales-related business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD preferred; solid ERP knowledge required.
• Experience with KNIME and UiPath is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, process design, and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training capabilities.
• Experience in project environments with basic project management exposure.
• Strong team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to work in international environments.
