About the Role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist – Infrastructure to join a global cybersecurity team supporting security initiatives across enterprise and manufacturing environments. The role focuses on OT/industrial security, IoT and network security, while providing cybersecurity consulting and technical support to global IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cybersecurity consulting and technical guidance to global IT and business teams.

• Support cybersecurity assessments and reviews for projects, solutions, products, and architectures.

• Review security checklists, documentation, and technical requirements, and support solution approvals.

• Advise on cybersecurity-related incidents, changes, service requests, and work orders.

• Support the development and review of cybersecurity rules, standards, guidelines, and checklists.

• Provide technical support during cybersecurity incidents, audits, assessments, and security tests.

• Collaborate with global cybersecurity and IT teams on security initiatives and projects.

• Evaluate emerging technology and cybersecurity trends and identify relevant security considerations.

• Focus on OT/shopfloor security, IoT and non-office devices, and network security.

• Communicate cybersecurity requirements and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

• Several years of experience in enterprise IT, preferably with cybersecurity exposure.

• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, architectures, and security solutions.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, storage, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).

• Experience or strong knowledge in OT/industrial cybersecurity and network security.

• Understanding of OT protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA, BACnet, or similar.

• Knowledge of IoT and non-office devices, such as sensors, building automation, access control, or digital signage systems.

• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/27000, OWASP, or BSI.

• Understanding of ITSM processes, particularly Incident Management, Change Management, and Request Fulfilment.

• Experience working with international or cross-functional teams.

• Interest in emerging technology and cybersecurity trends.
