We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Korean Speaker) for our client in the field of business consulting services industry.
As a part of their team, you will be key in overseeing the administrative tasks to the efficient office operation. Key responsibilities:
• Addresses and responds to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, online chat, and/or email.
• Ensures all customer inquiries, issues, and complaints are resolved in accordance with company procedures.
• Identifies and escalates challenging and complex issues to senior team members.
• Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers.
• Enters, updates, and maintains accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company's system.
• Resolves customer requests and problems by making appropriate booking changes based on company policies and activity terms and conditions.
• Coordinates with external vendors and service providers to implement booking changes.
• Stays informed about company procedures and processes.
• Shares customer feedback with relevant departments to promote continuous improvement
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least 'O' Levels or higher/ Preferably Degree qualification and above
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in English & Korean (both verbal and written).
• Previous experience in customer service is an added advantage
• Possess a problem-solving mindset to proactively find solutions for customer needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers
• Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Keen attention to detail in completing tasks accurately and thoroughly
