Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to secondary students that foster critical thinking and creativity.
• Implement a variety of teaching strategies and assessments to support students' academic and personal growth.
• Promote active student participation and develop skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback, helping students set and achieve learning goals.
• Integrate digital tools and innovative practices to enhance student engagement.
• Maintain an inclusive classroom environment catering to diverse student needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and contribute to school improvement.
• Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities to support students' holistic development.

Job Requirements

• Relevant degree, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized university.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience teaching in the UK or British international schools is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE.
• Proven teaching experience in secondary education with expertise in subject pedagogy.
