Our client is an Investment Education Company. Currently, they are looking for a Program Sales Coordinator to grow their brand and outreach.
Job Responsibilities
Plays a key role supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks and coordinating sales activities. Assist in handling customer inquiries by providing product information, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience that fosters strong client relationships.
- Assist potential students by providing detailed program information, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the enrolment process while ensuring all required documents and payments are completed accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp, providing prompt and professional responses to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Manage sales operations by updating CRM systems, tracking enrolment data, and generating reports to monitor performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Support the planning and execution of sales events, webinars, and preview sessions to engage potential students and drive enrolments.
- Oversee the administrative onboarding process for new students, ensuring they receive the necessary resources, guidance, and support for a seamless start to their program
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Services/ Sales.
- Strong problem-solving skills - We believe this is a great asset for any job role. You will go through a Problem-Solving Ability Assessment to demonstrate your ability in this area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Engage with prospective students, provide clear program details, and guide them through the enrolment process while building strong relationships.
- Tech-savvy mindset - You embrace technology to enhance efficiency and productivity, continuously exploring new tools and systems that can improve your workflow.
- Proactive and organized - Take initiative, manage multiple tasks effectively, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, enrolment, and administrative processes.
