Our client is a well-known marketing agency. They are looking for a passionate professional to join them as the HR and Talent Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR-related matters and activities across the company.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and development programs.
  • Ensure effective communication, execution, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance, IT, and Admin departments.
  • Accurately process monthly payroll using QuickPay, including SOCSO, EPF contributions, MTD (tax deductions), EA forms, and income tax return forms.
  • Manage compensation, employee benefits, welfare/wellness programs, and training and development activities.
  • Maintain and update employee personal data in QuickPay and SAP systems.
  • Handle application and renewal of work permits.
  • Oversee leave records and manage leave calendars via the E-Leave system.
  • Provide onboarding support and ensure new hires receive orientation on company policies, operations, employee benefits, and insurance.
  • Source and conduct phone interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and department heads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sourcing channels.
  • Support implementation of talent management initiatives.
  • Serve as an HR partner in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts.
  • Ensure employee benefits remain competitive within industry standards.
  • Own and manage HR-related budgets.
  • Collaborate on compensation budgets and rolling forecasts.

 

Job Requirements

  • Must have a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of HR disciplines, employment laws, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as QuickPay and SAP.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
