Job Description

Our client is a leading player in the premium tile and surface solutions industry, known for delivering innovative, design-focused products for both residential and commercial projects.

This role is responsible for generating sales within the commercial and residential building project segment across Penang, Kedah, Perak, and Perlis. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales funnel and track each stage of the customer journey.
• Review and analyze sales performance to identify improvements.
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and quantity surveyors to drive new business.
• Promote the brand and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Achieve sales targets by monitoring variances and taking corrective actions.
• Prepare timely sales reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Continuously enhance customer engagement and experience.
• Customer Service & After-Sales: coordinate and confirm delivery schedules for secured projects and provide prompt after-sales support and resolve site issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Confident in conducting product presentations and engaging with clients at all organizational levels.
• A team player with a positive attitude; innovative, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Must possess own transport.
