We are partnering with an established F&B group with multiple outlets to appoint a CEO who can lead the business into its next phase of sustainable, scalable growth. The brand has built its reputation on consistency, quality, and a clear identity — values that have kept it relevant and well-loved across the years.

We’re seeking a leader who understands how to scale a food business without compromising what customers already love. Someone who can strengthen operations, build repeatable systems, and drive expansion while preserving the brand’s core experience.

• Proven experience growing or scaling a business with multiple outlets, ideally in F&B.
• Strong appreciation for consistency, quality, and long-term brand relevance.
• Ability to put in place systems, processes, and structures that support growth.

• Genuine passion for food and understanding of what keeps customers coming back.
