Role Summary

Our client within the FMCG industry is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of brand strategy and portfolio growth, leading innovative marketing initiatives to drive market share and profitability.

 

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for managing the P&L of a designated product portfolio and delivering business targets across market share, volume, net sales, and profitability. This role drives brand strategy, innovation, and execution of marketing initiatives to achieve sustainable growth. The incumbent will develop and implement end-to-end brand plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective brand and marketing strategies based on category understanding, consumer insights, and market trends
  • Drive innovation and implement impactful brand plans to support business growth
  • Manage and execute all marketing activities in alignment with local and regional business objectives
  • Define brand positioning, objectives, and actionable plans to strengthen market presence
  • Lead strategic and tactical initiatives including product development, advertising, promotions, events, and public relations
  • Drive overall brand development to build long-term value and competitiveness
  • Identify new business and growth opportunities within the category
  • Optimize profitability through effective pricing, channel, and commercial strategies
  • Develop and implement integrated communication and media plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, commercial, and external partners
  • Plan and execute 360-degree brand activations across multiple channels (e.g., retail, events, sampling, and promotions)

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in brand or marketing management within the FMCG industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels
  • Proven project management and execution capabilities
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical thinking with a structured and innovative approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with advertising and media agencies
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and teamwork
