Job Description

Our client, an established company in the digital industry, is looking for a VIP Strategy Manager to drive customer retention and engagement for high-value customers. This role focuses on developing VIP retention strategies, enhancing the premium customer experience through personalized engagement, and increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value. You will work closely with CRM, Product, Marketing, and VIP Service teams to deliver seamless VIP journeys and optimize retention performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute VIP retention and engagement strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Analyze VIP customer behavior to identify personalization and retention opportunities.
  • Deliver premium customer experiences through exclusive rewards and tailored communications.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, Marketing, and VIP Service teams to ensure a seamless VIP customer journey.
  • Track key performance metrics and optimize engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, VIP Management, Customer Retention, Account Management, Luxury Sales, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing high-value customers and driving customer engagement, loyalty, retention, and repeat business.
  • Strong understanding of VIP customer behavior and premium customer experience.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, customer segmentation, retention strategies, or loyalty programs is an advantage.
  • Background in the digital, online entertainment, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium membership industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken and written).
