Summary

Our client is seeking a commercially driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives for a fast-growing digital platform within the financial and consumer technology space. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital channels, social media, partnerships, CRM, campaigns, and performance marketing.

 

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer-focused, and experienced in driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, product, operations, and commercial functions to strengthen brand presence and optimize customer experience across the entire lifecycle.

 

Job Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

 

Customer Acquisition & Growth

  • Drive customer acquisition initiatives through digital marketing, performance campaigns, partnerships, referral programs, and growth strategies.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Track and improve key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the development of marketing funnels and lifecycle campaigns to enhance lead generation and customer conversion.

 

Content & Social Media

  • Lead content strategy across social media, website, email marketing, video, and educational platforms.
  • Develop engaging and informative content that builds trust, credibility, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, creators, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Manage social media engagement, community growth, and brand presence across digital platforms.

 

CRM & Customer Retention

  • Support CRM and retention strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat transactions.
  • Optimize customer journey mapping across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy stages.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized communication initiatives.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and retention activities.
  • Analyze customer behavior and transaction trends to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

 

Partnerships & Campaign Management

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns, product launches, activations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and marketing calendars across multiple stakeholders and departments.

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize data-driven experimentation and optimization techniques to improve campaign outcomes and marketing efficiency.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.

 

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, operations, customer experience, technology, commercial, and leadership teams to align business objectives and customer experience delivery.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners where applicable.
  • Contribute to building a high-performance and agile marketing culture.

 

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within fintech, e-commerce, retail, financial services, or high-growth consumer brands.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, customer acquisition, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, social media management, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and email marketing systems.
