Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end connectivity and digital infrastructure solutions for enterprise, carrier, and cloud customers.
• Engage customers to understand business and technical requirements, translating them into scalable network and infrastructure solutions.
• Develop solution architectures, conduct feasibility studies, capacity planning, and technical assessments.
• Serve as the technical advisor during customer meetings, workshops, and solution presentations.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and commercial bid submissions.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and project teams to deliver competitive and technically robust solutions.
• Evaluate new infrastructure opportunities and support business growth through technical due diligence.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and key industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, fiber networks, carrier networks, or data centre connectivity.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, infrastructure planning, or business development.
• Strong understanding of optical transport, fiber connectivity, network infrastructure, and interconnection solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise, carrier, cloud, or wholesale telecommunications customers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
