Job Description
Our client is a leading IT solutions provider specialising in cybersecurity, cloud security, and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive business performance for assigned portfolio
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual business plans
- Achieve revenue, gross profit, pipeline, and market development targets
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via partners and end-users
- Conduct regular forecasting and pipeline review sessions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and account penetration strategies
- Act as primary liaison with vendor management and align on joint business plans and QBRs
- Recruit, develop, and enable channel partners
- Drive partner business planning, account mapping, certifications, and enablement
- Engage end-users, consultants, and stakeholders to generate demand and opportunities
- Deliver customer presentations, workshops, and executive briefings
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams on solution positioning and PoC activities
- Support marketing, campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in ICT industry (BD, channel, pre-sales, product management, or solution consulting)
- Strong exposure to Public Sector, Government, GLC, or Enterprise customers preferred
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or enterprise IT solutions
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in partner/channel ecosystem development and management
- Confident in customer engagement, presentations, and executive-level discussions
