Job Description
Our client in the semiconductor industry is looking for an Analog Design Engineer to support their growing IC design team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog IC circuits, focusing on Power Management ICs (PMIC) including DC-DC converters, LDO, switching chargers, ADC/DAC (plus).
- Develop Buck, Boost, and Buck-Boost converters with strong knowledge in fast transient response and Dynamic Voltage Scaling (DVS).
- Perform circuit simulation, layout guidance, post-silicon validation, and support mass production activities.
- Participate in product definition, technical troubleshooting, and end-to-end IC design flow from architecture to tapeout.
- Proficient in Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre simulation tools.
- Experience with BCD and High Voltage (HV) process-based design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of analog IC design experience, preferably with mass production exposure.
- Strong understanding of analog circuit design, PMIC architectures, and debugging.
- Experience with full IC design flow and tapeout.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
