About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead a team of three Project Executives and oversee software development projects from planning to delivery. You will work closely with sales, UI/UX designers, developers and QA testers to ensure projects meet client requirements, timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage software development projects, including project scope, requirements, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
  • Lead and guide a team of three Project Executives, monitor project progress and resolve issues or delays.
  • Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers and QA testers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with clients, outsourcing partners and internal teams to clarify requirements and provide project updates.
  • Monitor project risks, budgets, deadlines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  • Work with QA teams to ensure software meets the agreed requirements and quality standards.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports and change requests.
  • Prepare project proposals and supporting documents for RFPs, RFQs and tenders.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development project management, project coordination or account management.
  • Good understanding of software development processes and project management tools, such as Asana.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good problem-solving, planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and deliver projects within deadlines.
