Project Manager

Our client is an established furniture & fitting manufacturing company. Currently they are looking for a passionate professional to join them as the Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead overall Project Department operations to align with company goals.
• Supervise and mentor team members; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Conduct evaluations and identify training needs for team development.
• Define customer requirements (fixtures, materials, design).
• Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines and resources.
• Identify supply chain risks and establish contingency plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, procurement, production, installation).
• Serve as liaison between clients, internal teams, and management.
• Ensure clear communication, track progress, and provide regular updates.
• Oversee production to ensure quality and brand standards.
• Monitor milestones and address issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize resources and resolve operational challenges quickly.
• Prepare and manage budgets; control costs in production and logistics.
• Ensure material availability and manage emergency procurement.
• Mitigate risks and maintain smooth project flow.
• Maintain complete documentation (plans, budgets, reports).
• Analyze project performance and recommend improvements.
• Conduct reviews to refine production and installation processes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
• Resolve discrepancies to maintain high standards.
• Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale project management.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and competent in project execution.
• Experience in renovation/furniture industry is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking skills with a sense of urgency.

• Provide status updates and manage feedback.
• Ensure project meets quality standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain quality.
• Prepare reports on project status, risks, and financials for management.
• Maintain organized project documentation.
• Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by superior.

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Project Management or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in large-scale project management.
• Analytical, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Experience in the renovation or furniture industry is a plus.
