Project Executive
Our client is an established furniture & fitting manufacturing company. Currently they are looking for a passionate professional to join them as the Project Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans with tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular team meetings for progress updates and issue resolution.
- Oversee project budgets and track expenses.
- Ensure adherence to financial guidelines and manage variances.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Address challenges and adjust plans as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with clients to align on needs and expectations.
- Provide status updates and manage feedback.
- Ensure project meets quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain quality.
- Prepare reports on project status, risks, and financials for management.
- Maintain organized project documentation.
- Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by superior.
Job requirements:
- Diploma in Project Management or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in large-scale project management.
- Analytical, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Experience in the renovation or furniture industry is a plus.
